Refund policy

Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it: unburned, with the wick intact, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at eliorcandles.co@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we ship glass and fragile wax items, breakage can occasionally occur during transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged: Please email us immediately at eliorcandles.co@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • Wrong item received: Please contact us immediately so we can correct the mistake.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Used Candles: For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or partially burned.

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Scent Preferences We understand that scent is subjective. If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend trying our sample sizes before committing to a full-sized candle. We typically do not offer free returns or exchanges solely based on personal scent preference, but please reach out if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
