  • Handmade Nature: Please note that our candles are hand-poured. Slight variations in color, texture (such as "frosting" on wax), and scent are normal and are part of the handmade process. These variations do not affect the performance of the candle.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • Candle Care: You agree to follow all safety instructions and warning labels provided with our products.

  • Limitation of Liability: Elior Candles & Co shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by fire, soot, smoke, or spillage due to improper candle care or leaving a candle unattended.
